Neil Addison – Founder & Managing Director

Prior to founding Spencer Fitzgerald Neil Addison spent 17 years in the insurance industry. Neil held a variety of roles from regional insurance broking through to global re-insurance, loss adjusting and international business development.

The majority of Neil’s career has been spent within the broking sector, where he has worked with SME clients through to Global Risk Managed accounts. Before leaving to set up Spencer Fitzgerald, Neil was Head of Business Development for the Marsh UK Affinity Practice.

Having for many years been on the receiving end of a mediocre recruitment industry, the driving force behind the creation of Spencer Fitzgerald was Neil’s desire to establish a recruitment provider that truly understands the requirements of the risk and insurance industry, both from a client and candidate perspective.
